I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but in order to be fair to all clients, myself, and my business, the cancellation policy goes as follows:
12-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment, as well as protects my time. If you are unable to give 12 hour notice, there is a $45 cancellation fee, EVEN WITH A GROUPON VOUCHER, as my merchant cancellation policy is listed on the groupon site. The only exceptions are bad weather conditions. Payments must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you are sick or believe you have Covid fees may be waived, and a credit shall be given with proof of Covid test taken on the day of the missed appointment.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason would be considered a no-show, and will be charged for the missed appointment. No Exceptions.
Late arrivals: If you’re late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments are after yours. You are still responsible for the full session.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will need to reschedule your appointment. You are still responsible for the full payment of your session.
